                            There are many places in  the Sri Lanka 🏢 . Also known as the temple of the sacred Tooth Relic is  a significant Buddhist temple located in Kandy , Sri Lanka . It' s the current repository of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha , Which is symbol of sovereignty and power in Sri Lanka.

                                               

                                                                                                                    

                                                                                                                             

                                                                    The temple complex has a rich history , dating back to the 16th century When it was first built by king Vimaladharmasuriya .The current structur,however,was built by king Vira Parakrama Narendrasinghe [1707-1739] and has undergone several renovations and additions since then 💫. 

                                                                                    

                                                                          

                                                           The temple is not only a revered Buddhist site but also UNESCO world heritage site , recognized for its cultural and historical  significance .Visitors can witness the daily puja ceremonies , Which take place three times a day, and explore the museum , Which houses a collection of artifacts and relics 💫
